I have been making balm for many more years than I have been a Nonna ( Nonna is the Italian word for Grandmother ) but since I have been a Nonna my balm has really come into its own.  I am proud to say that my grandchildren have always had wonderful skin and have been mercifully spared from cradle cap, slap cheek and nappy rash.  I am not going to claim complete responsibility for this but I do believe that the fact that they have only ever had my balm and jojoba oil on their skin has to be more than partly to thank.
